Acolytes
The acolyte ministry helps provide leadership during the worship service. An acolyte performs a variety of assignments, including leading the processional and recessional by carrying a cross or torch and assisting at the altar during the Eucharist. This is one way for young people to participate in the service.
Membership is open to anyone at least 9 years of age, and in the 3rd grade. Acolytes are present each Sunday at the 11:00 am service. Schedules are posted monthly and training sessions are held each quarter.
